Our lambs are dam raised and weaned and finished with the herd on 100% pasture.   Due to the triple purpose nature of our herd, these lambs are small to medium sized and have a mild flavor.  Each whole lamb will provide around 20 pounds of meat depending on cuts and take approximately 7-9 months to grow out. Leg of Lamb typically weighs 2.5-3 lbs each.  Lamb orders are filled on a first come first serve basis
